Xhorse VVDI Renew Adapters are only for renewing OEM circuit board, aftermarket remote smart keys will not work. It’s easy to use, plug and play, no soldering necessary.
Renew Nissan Smart Key(FCCID: KR5S180144014, PCF7938x)

We can either use a VVDI MINI Key Tool or Key Tool Plus to renew:

If it shows an available solder-free adapter here, then we can use;
But if there’s no adapter for the key type, we should have to use the Renew Soldering Cable. Just follow the connection diagram as shown.
This key we have both methods to renew.
So let’s try with 19# renew adapter.
After putting the circuit board on Xhorse Renew Adapter, click “Unlock”.
Wait for processing automatically...
Unlocked successfully.
Let’s read the key, it’s unlocked now.
Renew Dodge Smart Key(FCCID: M3N-40821302, PCF7953)
As you can see, the key status is already locked.
Special function >> Remote renew >> Dodge >> M3M Hitag2
Put the circuit board on M1 MAST renew adapter, click “Unlock”.
Unlock successfully.
This key has changed to be unlocked now.
