How to cut a Honda HO01 key blank by using Xhorse Dolphin XP005 + VVDI Key Tool Max? Here I have an original key, and will use it to show the procedure below.
Key Cutting
Install the original key on M2 clamp.
Control on VVDI Key Tool Max,
Find bitting >> Honda >> HON66 >> M2-A clamp tip align 2 position >> Decode key >> Continue
Dolphin XP-005 Machine will start decoding automatically.
Just wait...
Decode key success.
Remove the working from clamp, fix the HO01 key blank instead.
Make sure it’s flat. Press
Cut >> Continue
Dolphin XP-005 machine starts cutting key...
Cutting key completed.
That’s just one side.
Repeat same operations for the other side. It’s easy and smart.
Take out the key to have a try after cutting was done.
It’s same as the original one.
(Note: the new key needs to debur right after cutting.)
Key Programming
Put the original working key into VVDI Key Tool Max coil.
Transponder clone >> Read transponder >> Clone >> Start clone >> 46 Transponder clone
Take out original key, put VVDI Super Chip into coil.
Copy successfully.
Now I should be able to use the key together with Super Chip to start the car.
Oh yes, it can successfully open the door and start car.
Perfectly done!
