This is a tutorial on using Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max PRO to program Hyundai Venue key by OBD successfully. Using with Xhorse Universal Remote Key can finish the job easily.
Step1. Key Match
Plug connection cable into OBDII port,
IMMO programming >> Hyundai >> Select by type >> Remote system >> 16PIN >> Type2 >> Immo programming >> Remote key adaptation
Please choose OBDII interface, and turn on the ignition switch to ON.
Switch ignition off, remove the key, press "Confirm".
Match remote:
Press UNLOCK or LOCK button for more than 1s.
Match 1 remote successfully.
Press "Yes" to match next one, "No" to complete.
Remote match completely.
Step2. Program Key
Hyundai >> Select by model >> General market >> Venue >> Immo system >> Immo programming >> Key programming
All keys will be cleared if this function is performed, press "OK".
Please input 6-digit password: 319602
Insert the wanted programming key and switch ignition on.
Programmed successfully.
Press "Yes" to program next key.
Insert the wanted programming key and switch ignition on.
Press "No" to complete.
Turn off ignition.
(Note: instrument black screen, turn on ignition after 10s)
Done.
